The Pact is the flagship production from Raked Stage Productions—and one we’re thrilled to bring to the South Bay. The story follows three lifelong friends on a single desert hike beneath a lunar eclipse no one will ever forget. What begins as a nostalgic night slowly unravels into something wildly unexpected.

A sharp, fast-paced one-act comedy, The Pact twists and turns in all the right ways, building surprises that keep audiences laughing long after the lights go down.

This production is also deeply personal. The script was written by Brent’s biological father and discovered among a trove of other remarkable works. From the moment he read it, The Pact immediately stood out—feeling less like a discovery and more like a calling. Or maybe a wolf’s howl.

That calling led to a table read one evening at Brent’s house, where Geoff and Johnny were instantly drawn to the script. Before long, the three of us made a pact of our own: to bring this story to its feet and share it with the South Bay.
